When you buy a house for its bones, architecture, and functionality (and pool!), you can overlook some of the aesthetics. This client was at a loss of how to turn the lemons into lemonade and was afraid it would require a large renovation in order to get the aesthetic that made the home feel like theirs. 1500|design embraced what was existing in order to realize the potential of the home. Some existing challenges included blue quartz countertops and bold botanical wallpaper.
